1. Eligibility for return:
* Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
* Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.
* Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
2. How to initiate a Return:
* Contact our customer service team at (hackneysgiftshop@gmail.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
* Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping:
* The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
4. Refund Process:
* Once the returned item is receive and inspected, a refund will be Processed
* Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Products:
* If you receive a damaged or defective product , please contact our Customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item.
* We may request photos or other documentation to facilitate the return process.
6. Restocking Fee:
* a restocking fee of 8% may be appliled to returns that are not due to manufacturing
